With the recent COVID-19 guidance from the CDC, we at Gary's Tire and Automotive want you to know we too are practicing good social distancing protocols to help minimize any risk to our customers or employees. Please know that during this uncertain time it is important to us that our community friends and family have safe tires and mechanically sound vehicles. We also understand that caution is a requirement to ensure we help mitigate risk. As it may still be necessary for you to get your vehicles serviced, we want to help you minimize risk with our store interactions. A few key points that can help you when you need service:

 

• 1- Utilize our service drop box at the store.This can be accomplished before, during and after our normal working hours.
• 2- Be detailed in your service/tire selection needs in writing.
• 3- Provide a clear form of communication either phone, text, or email.
• 4- Sign & authorize your service on the drop box envelope.
• 5- Utilize paying by credit card over the phone, through digital methods or at the store using our credit card kiosk.
